Use only services you are authorized to sell

You may use Auto Provision Pro only to market, sell, provision, and support services that you are legally authorized to distribute. You are responsible for maintaining any licenses, agreements, permissions, and customer disclosures required for your business.

Prohibited activity

• Unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked content, counterfeit services, or activity that infringes another party’s rights.
• False, incomplete, or deceptive descriptions of your business, offers, fulfillment, or refund practices.
• Using Auto Provision Pro to evade a payment provider’s review, restrictions, or acceptable-use rules.
• Illegal activity or services prohibited by Stripe, PayPal, card networks, banks, or applicable law.
• Sharing credentials, accessing another reseller’s workspace, or attempting to defeat platform security or tenant separation.

Your payment accounts

Each reseller connects and operates its own supported payment account. You must describe your business and products accurately to your payment provider, respond to its verification requests, and comply with its rules. Auto Provision Pro does not guarantee that a payment provider will approve or continue supporting any business.

Enforcement

We may restrict checkout, provisioning, or account access when we reasonably believe an account violates this policy, infringes third-party rights, creates security risk, or has been restricted by a connected payment provider. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination.
