Information we process

We process account and business-profile information, workspace settings, customer and order records entered into the platform, support communications, payment-status metadata, email-delivery records, and security or operational logs. Connected panel and workspace-email credentials are encrypted before storage and are not displayed again after saving.

Payments

Platform-license purchases and reseller customer payments are processed by supported payment providers. Auto Provision Pro receives identifiers and status information needed to reconcile the transaction, but does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Each reseller’s customer payments use that reseller’s connected payment account.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain tenant separation, test connections, fulfill authorized orders, send requested messages, provide support, prevent abuse, keep audit records, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure, email, security, analytics, support, and payment providers that help operate the platform; with a reseller whose storefront or customer portal you use; or when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, backups, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Demo workspaces are temporary and automatically cleaned up. Backup copies may persist for a limited rotation period before deletion.

Your choices

You may update account information in the application and use the unsubscribe link in promotional email. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information may be sent to the support address below. A reseller remains responsible for requests concerning customer information it controls through its workspace.

Security

We use tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted secrets, transport encryption, audit records, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can promise absolute security, so users must also protect passwords, use multi-factor authentication when available, and report suspected compromise promptly.
