Hosted software service

Auto Provision Pro is a hosted software service for authorized resellers. Your purchase grants access to the hosted features and capacity shown at checkout; it does not transfer the source code, platform ownership, or a right to copy, resell, or share the platform license.

Your business and customers

You remain the seller of record for the products offered through your workspace. You control your catalog, customer relationship, prices, connected panels, payment accounts, support, taxes, disclosures, refunds, and legal authority to sell the underlying services. Auto Provision Pro is not the provider of your customer-facing service.

Billing and renewal

Prices, included panel capacity, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase amounts already due. Taxes and payment-provider fees may apply where required.

Trials and account integrity

A trial is limited to one eligible business and its authorized users unless we approve otherwise. Creating duplicate identities, rotating contact details, automating signups, or otherwise evading trial limits is prohibited. We may require verification, end a trial, or restrict an account when activity indicates abuse, fraud, security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

Availability and integrations

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but upstream panels, payment providers, email providers, networks, and third-party APIs are outside our control. Features may change to maintain security, compatibility, or legal compliance. You are responsible for maintaining valid third-party accounts and credentials.

Security and acceptable use

You must protect account access, use accurate information, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not probe tenant boundaries, upload malicious content, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or use the platform for services you are not authorized to sell. Suspension and termination

We may suspend risky functionality or access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the platform, payment networks, or third parties. You may cancel according to your plan. Provisions concerning ownership, payments due, prohibited use, and liability survive termination where applicable.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee approval by any panel or payment provider, uninterrupted third-party service, or a particular business result. To the extent permitted by law, Auto Provision Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for the acts of a reseller, customer, panel owner, or payment provider.
